These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://pcg.live and any event production, audiovisual, or related services provided by Pro Connect Group (“PCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: June 19, 2026.
1. Services
Pro Connect Group provides professional audiovisual production, event management, staging, lighting, sound reinforcement, LED video walls, live streaming, rigging, and equipment rental services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.
2. Proposals and Booking
All service engagements begin with a written proposal or quote. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change until a signed agreement is in place.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are specified in each service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Final balances are due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Invoices not paid by their due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies are defined in your individual service agreement. In general, cancellations made within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to the full contract value. Scope changes requested after a contract is signed may result in a revised quote and additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information, technical riders, and event specifications in a timely manner. PCG is not liable for service degradation resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. The client is responsible for securing all necessary permits, venue access, and third-party approvals required for the event.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Connect Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service delivery, technical failures outside our control, acts of God, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and video — is the property of Pro Connect Group or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from PCG.
9. Website Use
